Question Alienware on sale worth it?

I need to change my PC but I'm too lazy to put one together.

I know buying a pre-built PC is really not worth it compared to buying all the pieces and building it myself...well in my case I would need to pay someone to do it cuz I don't want to so that's some extra cost.

But let's say I'm gonna buy a pre-built PC, is Alienware a good option?

No, maybe if it were like 1400. If you want to try yout hand at building check this list out for around the same price.

Something in sale like this:

for $2100, i'd say that's a pretty bad choice.
adding/upgrading any further increasing the cost makes it even worse.
no details whatsoever on the PSU or the motherboard included,
a cramped lesser quality case,
low amount of slower DDR5 RAM,
entry level GPU,
only 1 year of basic warranty coverage on the system as a whole...

you may want to find a local shop and see what custom options they may have to offer.
or better yet, what they may charge to physically construct a system out of your own purchased parts for you.

Slow RAM (only 16GB btw), small SSD, no mention of motherboard, airflow restricted case and it would be nice to know the make & model of the psu.
