Hey guys, I've just installed my new Samsung 970 evo 250gb into my laptop, however after using Samsung's data migration tool and restarting, I don't see any options in the BIOS to change the boot order and am sort of stuck on what to do next as I cant seem to boot from the SSD.

I decided to take the HDD out and am now running windows on the SSD, but would like to have the 1TB hard drive for most of my files and having windows on the SSD. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
During POST, when the Alienware logo is displayed, watch for the F2 prompt to appear and then press F2 immediately.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the Boot menu option and press Enter to access the menu.

NOTE: Note your current boot sequence in case you want to restore it.

Navigate to Set Boot Priority to configure the boot priority.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the boot priority and press Enter to display the different devices.
Select the device and press Enter to set the boot priority.

"I decided to take the HDD out and am now running windows on the SSD"

I thought you said>>>

" am sort of stuck on what to do next as I cant seem to boot from the SSD. "

If you can't seem to boot from the SSD.....how are you "now running Windows on the SSD"?

Ah sorry about not being clear aha, I would like the main boot drive to be the SSD, with the HDD as just extra storage. However with the HDD and the SSD in, it will boot from the HDD and I see no options in how to change the boot order in the BIOS.
