Question alienware r8 . question on what mods i can do and where i would benefit

hey guys im new to the pc world .
just got my self a alienware r8 equipped with a i5 9600k and a rtx 2070 and 16gb of ram
the pc came with a 256gb sdd and 1tb hdd . but i just orderd my self a 1tb sdd that im waiting to receive .
i wonder what i can i do to the pc to make it better without blowing a bunch of money .
also if anyone have information how to overclock because when i use the alienware command center it doesnt give much options .
ive read that overclocking a i5 9600k is really worth it and pretty safe for the pc but im really not sure how to do it ive checked up videos and stuff but still not sure if i understand everything to get it done safely .
also id like to get any thought on overclocking a rtx 2070 blower model .. which i know is the worst cooling system for a gpu so ive looked online and saw somepeople would order used heatsinks and fan set ups to swich for the blower model m id like someones thoughts on that .
any information, tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated on my pc .

Before you start messing with overclocking and potentially causing system crashes or component overheating and failure, what is the system not doing that you want to improve?
