Review Alienware x16 (2023) Review: Compromised Performance in a Pretty Shell

Nice review. RAM aside, it’s decent, if this is the new trend on all new laptops, this may be an issue that may have to be thought through, some newer games ask for 24 GB of RAM.

Remember when Alienware was pretty much *the* gaming computer to have?

Looks as if they're sacrificing quality over quantity now...and I foresee A LOT of issues cropping up in the near future.

It really annoys me when tech journalists prefer inaccurate colors over 100% srgb. As if more saturation is better. Goodbye natural skintones or accurate color grading. It's like saying you prefer the vivid picture profile on a TV instead of say "cinema" or "natural". HDR and professional color apps need and benefit from extended colorspaces like DCI-P3 or REC 2020. Everything else doesn't.
