Alienware x51 r1 GPU/PSU upgrade and movement to a new case

My Alienware x51 r1 can't run new games so I want to upgrade the PSU and GPU and move everything into a new case.
The GPU i will be using is this
Gigabyte AMD R9 380 256 Bit GDDR5 4GB
I just want to know what PSU I would need for the upgrade
I know i will need a 500W PSU but I don't know what type?

I would get the antec high current gamer 620w. It's perfect for what you need, and it's a good choice dumping that 1,100 or 850w psu dell gives you.
The 620w has way more then enough amps on the 12v to power your card, most likely even 2.

so this psu will work with the mini-itx motherboard fine?

Yes it will work perfectly fine with your MOBO, i already checked the specs.
