[SOLVED] Aliexpress Hardware Errors

I have recently helped my friend build his first pc and things haven't gone smoothly. It's a budget build and has a really cheap $60 combo with a xeon e5 2420, 16gb of ecc ram and some cheap crappy atermiter x79 motherboard. The pc booted up and started getting a bsod regularly. We then gote some more cheap ecc ram and it worked well when not gaming. When it runs uniengine heaven, every hour or so it bsods with the message of an error watchdog timeout. could this be the motherboard or cpu? I've tested everything else out and i can't test those two because i have no x79 motherboard or cpu. Thanks

WatchDog Timeout or DPC Watchdog Violation means your ssd/hdd drivers are corrupt or very very old. It could be since you brought from err.. Ali Express

Couple of things you could try:

Update chipset drivers
Update Bios
Underclock your RAM
Update or fallback to different SATA drivers
