Hey there, recently I purchase a few new upgrades to my computer in the form of a Motherboard A cpu and two sticks of ram.

Motherboard: ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU:Intel Core i7-6700K 8M Skylake Quad-Core 4.0 GHz LGA 1151 91W BX80662I76700K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530

RAM:G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Intel Z170 Desktop Memory Model F4-3000C15D-16GVR

Now the issue at hand is when i'm either playing different games or just watching videos on Youtube my Browser / Games / Whatever will (not always just very randomly and usually at very inconvenient times) crash and I will have to relaunch them and pick up where I left off. Mind you this has only caused my actual computer to blue screen crash and reset once.

I have run several tools such as windows memory diagnostic and error checking for my RAM and SSD's only to find that supposedly nothing is wrong with them and I am pretty sure that the cause isnt my GPU because I had it before I purchased these upgrades. I have also downloaded CPUID to check my temperatures and they all seem to be normal from what i've read with cpu temperature ranging from 30-59C at the absolute max. (Thank you Tomshardware for saving all my writing my browser actually crashed while writing this.)

Other computer specs:
GPU: Asus STRIX-GTX970
SSD's: Samsung 850 EVO 120GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD(boot drive)
ADATA Premier SP550 2.5" 960GB SATA III TLC Internal SSD (storage)
Power Supply: 800 Watts - Standard Power Supply

Appreciate any help, Thanks!

It was essentially a new rebuild .. When I installed everything I wiped my SSD's and did a clean install with them so unfortunately yes I have tried this.

Hello... APPs Calls can cause them... and OS Calls can cause them... and hardware can cause them... We need to fix/look at them in that order first.

1) Do you have any RED or Yellow marks in your Control panel-Device manager?
2) kernel 41 errors mean the OS was not properly shut down... either by You OR the hardware.

Here is the Windows Event Viewer debug screen.

You NEED to be logged on as administrator to the OS...

let's see what the OS is reporting as the error... Right click computer-manage-System Tools-Event Viewer-Windows logs-system.... Click on the "RED" "Critical" errors, for more information... and files/drivers/Apps, comments/suggestions/information, General/Details associated with them B )

Expanding Window panes and Posting screen images from here will help me, help you faster... But copy and posting text will work too B )

I have no Red or yellow marks in the device manager so all seems to be well there and I did save some crash text posts for Chrome and Hearthstone

Hello... I find using/reading the Actual OS Event Viewer IMG's, Help me get right to the problem for my eyes and mind... But looking at the DATA Set you have presented me B /

#1 Battle.net Helper.exe had a CALL problem with libcef.dll

#2 Hearthstone.exe had a CALL problem with it's self?

#3 chrome.exe had a CALL problem with C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

Try un-installing these APPs and see what errors come up next on your System? B /

So its been about a day since I went into my BIOS and switched off XMP overclocking and so far (knock on wood) i haven't had any crashes.
