all browsers running slower than usual?

hi, i'm on windows 7, and my my browsers seem to lag, not only by loading slower than usual, but their windows also take lots of time to maximize or switch tabs or even separate one tab into a new window, youtube loads very slowly in comparison to my friend's computers. my internet speed is over 90mbps and my CPU is an AMD FX-8320, my GPU is a gtx 770. i just need some general insight on what i can do, i was thinking of switching to windows 10 as one option.

Open performance manager and processes tab and see if anything else is hogging your resources. Also run an anti virus scan and malware bytes anti malware to check you haven't got anything unwanted that could be it slowing it down. Failing that try and reinstall your browser.
