All games are crashing to desktop

I recently had my PC upgraded to AM4 and i had to buy a CPU, RAM and MB.

I can't enable D.C.O.P since it gives me a POST Error when loading to OS so instead i loaded all the D.C.O.P options (CAS Latency, Volts required, etc) except the speed (i putted it at 3000Mhz) and the WIndows started to boot.
After that i updated BIOS, fresh installed Windows and all drivers to their last update (including Redist for the games) and started to try to play some games on it.

First it would give me error messages like "KMode Exception Not Handled" and "IRQL Not less or Equal" but after some restarts it stopped giving the error and just crashes the game to desktop.
On MSI Afterburner i can see that my GPU is almost always at 99% but when i pause the game or alt+tab it switches to 6% again... and the VRAM is like 1/3 of being used so it shouldn't be it.

I have also tried "sfc /scannow" and memtest86 but it all turned out fine.

I have disabled D.C.O.P options mentioned earlier and left Auto on BIOS and for my surprise all the games started working fine after that.

Since Auto sets it to 2133Mhz that seems to fix the problem but nonetheless i bought a 3200Mhz Stick and it can only work at 2133Mhz?

EDIT: I have set it to d.c.o.p but with the change of velocity to 2933Mhz and it works fine, but why can't i still go for 3000Mhz or 3200Mhz which is the actual speed?

Solution
check this and compare to your ram settings also for am4 you need to apply axmp similar to xmp on intel . you could use cpu-z spd and comapre to it memory tab you will see how your ram work .
