All Games At 10-15 fps

Hello Everyone . It's Been 2-3 Years Since I Bought My New GPU . All Games Was 30 fps at medium . my GPU is GeForce Gt 520. approx Total Memory 4048. I Got Busy In My Studies So I Wasn't Able To Play Games ,Now I Was Going To Play AC 3 So When I Start The Game And click on new game , i got 3-4 fps so i change the settings to 800x600 lowest .Now I Get Almost 10-12 Fps ,And Every Game Run At 10-15 fps lowest 800x600. And Some Games Even Give Me Black Screen Or Crash At Startup Like Bf3 ,Don Bradman Cricket 14.I Don't know If This Is My Processor Or My GPU . Can Anyone Help Me With This .My Computer Speces Is
A Zebronic Case(i don't remember the model)
Ram - 6GB
CPU -AMD Sempron(tm) Processor LE-1250 2.20Ghz
GPU-GeforceGt 520(512mb)

You have a low-power version of a budget CPU from 2007 and a non-gaming GPU that's slower than even the integrated GPU on Intel CPUs from 2012. I don't see any problems that can actually be fixed without simply replacing current hardware.
