Hello, for the past few months I have been having a very frustrating issue. The issue is all games no matter what I try will freeze in the middle of gameplay or right when starting the game. I can keep trying and eventually the game will play perfectly as long as I don't restart it, but 90% of the time it crashes within the first few minutes in menus. But when just browsing the web or using Discord everything is normal. Some examples of this are Overwatch says rendering device lost when crashing, Minecraft just freezes or does a black screen stops responding, Seige will just freeze and I have to force close. There are many other examples. I have tried everything I can find such as:
-RMA on my GPU
-New RAM
-Running Mem test
-Installing fresh windows
-Fresh install of graphics drivers
-Updating Windows
-Doing system file checks
-reseating all my component
-Using different Bios settings
There are probably other things I've tried but can't remember. This is becoming very frustrating now and any help would be appreciated, thank you.

CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU GTX 1080
Motherboard B350 gaming plus
PSU 650 watt
RAM 16gb DDR4
