Question All games freeze for few seconds on loading screen & games crash without error on new build ?

I just build a new pc and the problem I'm having is all of my games freeze on loading screen for few secs.
I know its kinda normal but i can feel something is wrong with it, did anyone face a freez on loading screen specially in forza and yeah i can't play fall guys dono for what ever reason because after ever 5 match sometime ever after 3 match's my game goes to 1
30 fps with not gpu and cpu usage don't know how thw game still run but still.. And after that rounds ends fps back yo 60 as i use v sync don't know what is this

Also i face games crash without any error games freezs and the next min I will be on desktop but after clean instalation the crashing issue goes but the loading screw doesn't as my friends don't face any of this freeze.

Things i have done:

DDU

CHANGE NVME

Disable xamp profile

Delete wallpaper engine and using single windows default wallpaper

Tested my psu with 100 cpu and gpu load on cinibench and heaven gpu and the other latest one i don't remember its name

Set maximin performance in navida

Set high performance in power plan change windows for like 10000 times

I recently moved forza 5 from hdd to nvme but still and also move fall guys in 3 ssd but still same issue

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

I don't know about bios, cpu under 60, gpu max 71 cause i live in asian country so it's normal. ram use at 10gigs, ssd i brought new so its okay with it
