all games hang / freeze when i go to a different app and try to go back

well every game runs great, but when i leave the game to change a song on Pandora and try to go back on the game it hangs with a black screen or just freeze up c all together. seems to have happend after the latest windows 10 update. also seems like my ram is idleing high at 6.9gb and keeps going up atm its at 10.2 gb

update mouse/ keyboard drivers
tested different games

UPDATE: updaed the geforce drivers again and now every thing seems good again help it last !
