all games lags

i have
motherboard -gigabyte g 31
processor-intel core 2due 2.8 E7400
ram - 4gb DDR2
GPU-Sapphie readon hd 7730
my psu was with casing it has 450 wat
my all games lags..
when i start the game there is 55-60 fps
but when i start a mission it falls to 15-25
it happens every time

Your processor is too weak to play any modern games. upgrade the CPU to an AMD FX6300 or i5 to get a smooth gaming experience.

is ther any other problem woth my cpu except processor ?
i am confused coz firstly when i start games it works good it found 60+ fps bt when i start a mission then it falls to 15-25 .....

The reason why it is lagging is because your GPU is bottlenecking with the CPU. You need to upgrade that for it to run smoothly. It would be a waste of a good GPU with a mere CPU.

yes you need to upgrade your system .so increase your processor,RAM . your system to down for the new and advanced games. if you wana play the games then must be installed this thing's

I would suggest an i5 to pair with your 7730. But getting an i3 with the lines of 2nd gen then that would still end up bottlenecking.

Yes you should match the socket of the CPU with the socket of the motherboard.

IE.
i5 3670k LGA1155
with a LGA1155 MB.

If the PSU is insufficient it will cause the GPU to throttle or it will just cause a BSOD depending on the setup.
