All games run poorly on my PC

Hi,

Basically I have performance issues when I play an games on my home build PC. I struggle to get any frame rates higher than around 15fps.

Specs:
Intel i5-4440 @ 3.1GHz
R9 280X 3GB
8GB RAM
Windows 10 x64(although I had these issues with Win7 as well)

I don't even attempt to run games at anything other than minimum settings.

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in resolving that issue.

- Go to Device Manager and uninstall AMD graphics card driver
- Open Programs and Features as well and uninstall anything related to AMD graphics
- Download and install driver from AMD support site.
- Here's the link where you can download it: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop for all the changes to take effect after it finished installing.
- After the reboot make sure that AMD is set to run all games.

Thanks for your quick reply, but unfortunately, this did not work :/ could you clarify the last step, as i may have done that wrong
