All in one cooler making noise

so i switched my all in one cooler from my old pc case to a new one, and now its making a high pitched whining noise. Along with a rattling noise everyting is very tight with the fans and the pump any idea on how to fix the noise issues?

Well, first I would test the fans. Try to use the cooler using only one of the fans at a time, or swap them with case fans. If the noise is still there, it comes from the pump. If the noise is gone having the fans deconnected, you need silent high pressure fans.
Depending on your budget you can shop for fans like:
Corsair ML Series
Noctua NF-F12
Enermax D.F. Pressure PWM, 120mm (UCDFP12P)

seee but thats the weird thing im using the h100i v2 240mm radiator from corsair shouldnt it already come with silent fans?
