Question All input devices stopped windows 10 1903

I am windows 10 1903
My keyboard / mouse / drawing tablet
all stopped working yesterday
although they all work with BIOS and when i tries to open the safe mode blue screen (I guess it is named diagnoses) it they worked
I tried changing the mouse and keyboard
I tried opening safe mode I didn't know how
I tried to restore to previous point but there is none
this happened with the latest update
It stopped my Bluetooth at first and my network adapter and now my keyboard and mouse
i have USB audio card it works fine
I tried my USB external hard drive it worked too
I can't move anything at all on my screen
it looks like my PC is frozen
What should I do ?

take laptop to a good repair shop near u and they will fix it for u
