Hi, so today I turned on my pc and I saw a quick splash screen and then it went straight to "Insert Boot media..." That you first get when building a pc since you have not installed the os. The night before it was running fine but my c drive was getting pretty low on space so I deleted a few files, I am 100% sure they were not Windows files so I went off to bed. The same night I pulled my pc out and decided to give it better cable managment after that I powered it back on and it was fine. I have a 120gb Kingston ssd as a boot drive and I also have a 240gb sandisc ssd as a larger capacity drive. I can't boot into the bios because my keyboard just will not turn on. I have never had this happen to me and it's been about a year since I have built this computer.

Thanks for all your help- r
