Question All of my games started suddenly lagging. After some time in the game it goes back to normal.

So, when im playing a game, for a few minutes it seems fine. No lags. But after some time, it randomly starts lagging and i get just about 5-10 fps. I checked the Memory usage, and my GPU usage, and the memory was at 80% and the GPU was at a 100%. I have 8 GB of DDR4 2133mhz ram, and a GeForce GTX 750ti graphics card. This happens to all of my games, and like last week it was perfectly normal. I dont know what causes this, but its pretty annoying. If you know any solutions, please write them down. I cant play like that. Thank you.

Im sorry for the very late response, my full system specs are:

NV GTX750Ti 2G VGA+DVI+HDMI
Lenovo MEMORY 8G DDR4 2133 UDIMM
Lenovo HDD SSHS,1TB,7200,DT3,SATA3,STD
Intel Core i5-6400 2.7G 4C
MB H110 WIN DPK - thats the motherboard
Netgear 250W 100-240VAC Power Supply Unit

And I only have an HDD, I dont have an SSD
