All of the MS Office programs are gone now that I've done a clean install of Windows.

How am I able to get them back?

They were installed with Windows when I used my Windows 8.1 Disc back when I put together the computer.
I've reinstalled Windows with a flash drive, if that helps.

Download them and use your product key again. A clean install erases everything and replaces it with windows, which is why they got deleted.

I didn't buy it. It came WITH my old install of Windows.

Windows don't come with office. There might be a free limited version at one point, but there no free version anymore.

Yup, you need to either buy license for MS office or go with an alternative for it. Libreoffice, Google Docs and Open office are some best alternatives.

And if you really want MS office without spending money then go for MS office online.
