All task manager processes are red

Hi, all the cells in my task manager are colored red. This indicates something is wrong. But even cells with very low resource usage are colored red.

Is this a bug in Windows? It's been like this for as long as I can remember, but on my previous computer these cells were usually yellow.

Thanks to you both! I apparently set my Windows' accent color to red at some point, but I didn't remember it since I disabled the accent color on Start, Taskbar, Title bars and Window borders. So this was one of the only places still using the accent color.
