[SOLVED] All the colors on my taskbar are messed up.

I wish I could attach a photo to this post but I cant. The taskbar is black with white outlines, when ever something is selected on the task bar it turns bright yellow or blue. The forward and backward arrows at the top left are bright green. I dont know what happened or how to fix it. I tried inverting colors with ctrl alt i but that didnt do anything. This only affects chrome and windows 10 applications. Everything else is colored normally.
