Question All USB Devices keep disconnecting when i copy something from external hard

When I try to copy something from the external hard the speed drops to 0 kb/s after 2sec of transferring then all USB devices disconnect (mouse/hard/keyboard) then reconnect. But when I try to copy something to the hard disk it works and I don't know why.
I tried to change power options (suspend option is disabled)

motherboard (MSI b450 tomahawk max) - Drivers Updated
AMD Ryzen 3600

Is the HDD connected to the motherboard USB socket, case USB or through a hub?
