The Inquirer has it on 'good authority' that the speed limit for the 0.13 process chips is 600mhz, which seems somewhat low considering the number of R9600XTs out there that can OC (with positive returns) beyond 600mhz. Well perhaps it's all them extra pipes and tranies heating up the joint.
