also acer is running so slow

It is running so slow and I have pretty much did so many things been reading this types of forums all day I have loved my laptop and I don't know what I can do to change it and help it to run good again? Thanks to anyone that can has suggestions for me.

Run this program CCcleaner see if it helps a little,

Also click on clean your registery. It should help clear some junk out of windows and make your system run a little smoother, its the easiest thing to try first before trying to trouble shoot hardware issues
