alt tabbing issues

Ok so when i use alt tab on my pc it shows me a classic style atl tabbing like in win xp, right? so i want it to be the one that i have before, I mean when i alt tab it shows me small previews of the app, and like if u point the cursor in an app it shows u a small preview of that app. sorry if i cant explain it really well.

how do i do that? please help!

Huh? The previews are already there -- right there in Alt-Tab preview box. How many previews do you need?
