Question Alternate 100% cpu and disk usage, laptop almost unusable....

Need help please my laptop is asus fx504ge and is 3 months old, my cpu is always at 100% after it goes back to zero now my disk usage go up to 100%, my laptop is almost unusable, I have already done deep reset but it's still there, need help please

i have usually renamed C:/Windows/servicing folder in the past, but lately this command, (+adblocking DNS & pfsense router) keeps unwanted PC usage & net traffic in total check.

run elevated command & a restart (google for more info)

dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase

(makes past updates non-removable from current OS- the downside)
