Alternative, Budget, Gaming Motherboard to the ASrock H81 PRO BTC?

To be clear, this is for a brand new build. The asrock h81 pro btc board I received ended up being DOA. I did a bit more research and saw that more people than normal have been getting DOAs of that specific model. I've been looking into different motherboards around the same price (preferable under 100 dollars), but I can't really decide which one is best.

I would suggest using a matched pair instead of a single DRAM module since the motherboard uses dual channel memory.

I literally just ordered that exact motherboard. And yeah, I'm probably gonna get another tasty stick of RAM sometime after I build it.

Can you explain to me what do u mean by Doa for this board
