I am using this motherboard without GPU from the last 3 months.
I need an alternate for a few months before I go for a massive upgrade. My plan was to upgrade on Christmas/December.

This is my upgrading plan -
CPU- Ryzen 5 3600X.
Mobo- X570.
GPU- RTX 2060 with DVI-D
(I made a mistake to buy Benq XL2411 which need DVI-D dual link to run 144HZ and it was costly at that time [2018]). This is shameful to me. :(

Now this plan has been postponed to the Second Quater of 2021 due to pandemic.

I need a replacement for GA-h110m s2.
MoBo which takes full benefits from my 3000MHz ram. This one is locked on 2133MHz.
I don't want to spend much money on this urgent replacement.

Please recommend some Motherboards which is near the price or cheaper to Ga-h110m S-2. All Help/Replies are appreciated. (Gigabyte/Msi/Asus easily available)

Solution
Pretty much ANY Z170 board is what you need. No other chipset is going to offer memory speeds over 2133mhz AND support your CPU model, than Z170. So, you need to find a Z170 motherboard and that's probably not going to be a very cheap option. You'd likely be a lot better off simply putting the money towards your new upgrade than dumping it into a platform that is already almost six years old. But you may be able to find a decent price on a used Z170 motherboard if you don't mind buying used. Buying new, you will pay more than the board is even worth, much less what the platform is worth in 2020.

For ram overclocking (3000mhz ram) Z series board is necessary - Z170 or Z270. Those will not be as cheap as H110 boards.
Drop ram OC requirement and you can get much less expensive boards like B150 and B250.
For example Asrock B250M Pro4.

Thanks for your support and reply.
Just wanna ask you personally. Anything you recommend to my upgrade list? Take that build as of 2021. I am fine with 1080p but as we can see 1440p will be the norm sooner than expected as they become cheaper I would happy to exchange my monitor for 1440p with DP. (But in future not with this upgrade).

2nd Question. Your reply means is that I should sell my rx480 for whatever I get.
