Am I bottlenecking if I use a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU with a 1060 EVGA (either 3gb or 6gb)?

I am a new computer builder. I already have a Ryzen 1600 CPU; I have a budget of around $250.

My question is If I use a 1060 EVGA GPU with my Ryzen 5 1600 will I have a bottleneck? I could use a 980ti, but it is around 350(I think) which is 100 dollars over my budget. If using a 1060 EVGA is bottlenecking, could you recommend a better GPU that is around 250-300 dollars?

Thank you in advanced!
(if anyone ever looks at this)

It's not a matter of your CPU being part of the equation really - it's your monitor.

If you're running 1920x1080 @ 60Hz then the 1060 6GB would be sufficient.

If you are running higher resolutions, or running the same resolution with a monitor that had a higher refresh (thus you'd need FPS output to be at least that amount), then the 1060 would not be up to the task.

Thank You! I forgot to put in my post that I have a 1920x1080 monitor. It runs at 59Hz. So I will get the EVGA 1060 6gbs.
