Am I right in thinking this CPU cooler will fit in my case?

Hello, I've been looking for a new cooler since mine isn't the best for my current situation.

This is my current case: https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Etorque-Mid-Tower-Gaming-Case/dp/B00CNTVJTM/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 Unfortunately it doesn't disclose dimensions for the cooler/case.

The Cooler I want is 120mm, but I want to make sure it will fit before I buy it.

When I look into my case I can see that my current cooler is far from the edge of the case, leaving a lot of room. Does this mean that the new cooler will fit.

If it's only 120mm in height it should fit in that case.
