I have this common problem with my HP laptop where it says
" Boot device not found, please install an operating system on your hard disk "

I have tried tutorials on youtube but the problem is still the same.

I have some important stuff on it so I dont want to send it to repair service to restore the files because I dont trust them and steal my b t c words.

I could make them remove the eMMC chip and then i put it in a eMMC reader, would that work?

I also got a sugestion to boot the laptop from a USB stick with ArchBang or Sergei Strelec, but i can't do that until the end of the month because I need to buy a new computer for that.

I can't make a bootable USB stick with my Android, right?

What happens if i choose the wrong ones?
Can i still boot the PC from sergei strelec later?

1. Archbang is linux based yes.
2. My laptop is from like 2018 so not that new, should i just try one and see what happens or can i destroy something?
3. Again im not sure what to choose since i dont know what ”newer systems” really mean.
Just try until something works, I would start with iso ,mbr and ntfs.
If it doesn't boot up you can try different combos, you can also read the website of the linux distro you are trying, they should be telling you what they support somewhere.
