Looking for a Micro ATX AM4 AMD B450 Motherboards i want to run DDR4 3600MHZ ram for Ryzen 5 3400G any suggestion

On the B450 chipset you're probably going to see 3466MHz or 3200MHz at best. You forgot to include the budget for your board and where you'd like to purchase the board from(preferred site of purchase).

X570 boards do have the better construction but I wouldn't let being on a B450 board stop you... many people (myself included) get 3600 pretty reliably with a proper Zen2 CPU.

But the thing is, R5 3400G, an APU, is built on Zen+, same as Ryzen 2000 CPU's. So it doesn't have the chiplet design feature of the Zen2 CPU's along with vastly improved IMC on the I/O chiplet. That IMC is what helps the Ryzen 3000 series CPU's be able to reliably get the very high memory clocks - which is anything above 3.2G for the most part.

Yes although memory over 3200MHz is not going to bring you any perceptibly higher performance until 3rd gen Ryzen

You can...just don't expect 3600 out of 3400G.
