Does a good out of the box AM4 CPU cooler exist for under £35? All of the existing CPU coolers appear to require AM4 brackets, which often arrive late or do not work.

Are there any good CPU coolers you could recommend for Ryzen?

You can do 3.8 with the included wraith spire on a 1600 mate (I've done it on the 1700 at that speed but touching 85c under full load)

That said , people are maxing out at 65c on a 1600 with a 212 evo/x.
The gammaxx 400 beats the old 212 by 2-3c generally.
Easily the best choice for a straight am4 board with no messing around.
Do not pay the extra for the 1600x
Buy the 1600 even if you plan on replacing the spire cooler (you can get £15-£20 for them on eBay)

I was looking at getting the 1600 or 1600X, with the intention of a steady overclock at about 3.8 - 3.9 if I bought the 1600.
