Question am5 system keeps freezing / restarts randomly (volmgr 161/162 - kernel power 41 (63) issues)

I have this system for like a 1,5 week, it just keeps crashing total randomly. While gaming, browsing or the computer is in idle.

For now I have replaced the psu, ssd, did a few memtests, prime95, occt stability tests, bios is the latest one, amd expo on/off, other gpu..... but the issue is not resolved, I'm about to send it back and get a replacement...

All tests passed, system is crashing total randomly. Memtest was running for like 4 hours, 0 errors.

Any idea what could be the reason?

cpu/mobo/ram were new, rest of the system is kept from my am4 platform

Ryzen 5 7500F
Asus TUF B650M-Plus Wifi
Patriot Viper Venom 2x16GB kit 6000mhz cl30
Kingston A2000 nvme
RTX 4060
corsair 650W gold psu
