I have Win 7 32 bit, 2 GB DDR3 RAM,and a dual core PC...So does it a Gaming PC and if not suggest me necessary upgrades so that I too have fun.

As in your current system has only a tiny upgrade path, which if you did would still result in bad performance. You are going to need a whole new modern system if you want better performance.

The fact the card is 2GB means nothing, that's pretty much the whole Kepler lineup you have described. Which card is it.

Are you connecting to the monitor by VGA by any chance?
