Question amazing problem system !!!

i bought new system



my new system INFORMATION

cpu corei5 9400f

ram:HyperX Fury 16 gig 2400mhz cl15

power:GP650A-UK PLUS

HDD:SX6000 Pro PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 (512GIG)

motherboard:B360 HD3 rev. 1.0 (bios version F13)

Windows installed:win 10



my internet (Line 1=cable) connection speed:8mp

when downloaded file (zip or Rar) from firefox or IDM after extract file error -(checksum error) with Win Rar or extract with windows extractor....even downloaded any file and any site..99% of the time error checksum error CRC) When extract file

i installed usb ethernet cable( disabled motherboard lan ) but still is problem when downloading file and extract

my internet (Line 1) on other pc (old) when download rar file without any error when extract file



i I decided change internet on new pc

(Line 2=wifi) speed:2mb

with this internet when downloaded any file no problem extract file...even 10 file tested.... no problem extract file (Win Rar , Zip )



I'm really confused

What's the problem?

The first problem was solved But there was another problem...when copy huge file win rar in external hdd to ssd windows when extract file error checksum error Some files....i change cable hdd external for copy file but no solved problem....already huge file tested in external hdd no problem ( win rar extract )
