the us patent / court systems are working great

where else on this planet, let alone in the known universe, can you get a billion dollar judgement for having a rubber stamped patent from some monkey for rounded corners

the real problem, less we forget our financial and insurance systems, is we've gone from being a country that used to make things to a country that makes stuff up.

and a patent for rounded corners squarely fits a makes stuff up system! 😉

The patent system needs work and aside from that, the courts need to consider the consumers who pays their salaries. Innovation and competition benefits the consumers and we all know what Apple is all about. I smell something fishy.

Wow, he says that now, how about when he sued Apple and a bunch of other rival companies over Amazon's 1-Click buying patent?
