Question Amazon Prime

How come I get barely any sound from Prime movies? I turn the volume in the browser all the way up and max the volume on the PC and I can still barely hear what the people in the movie are saying. I watch YouTube all the time and I never have this problem with YouTube or any other audio (like for games). It seems like it only happens with Prime movies.

Can't see that website. It keeps loading popup after popup and after I scroll down it blocks the page and demands my email address before I can read the rest of the article.

I'll try it. I didn't even know that existed for PC.

Edit: It fixed it. The movie started so loud I fell out of the chair and my cat jumped through the window after knocking all the cans off the counter.
