Brilliant. I really hope this means that they stop using Yodel/Home Delivery Network for their Prime deliveries. I've been strongly considering cancelling my Prime account due to their delivery companies lying about attempting deliveries.

Yodel is a sub-contractor for DHL so I think your fears can be allayed

Wow don't have these kinds of problems in the states. Packages always ship USPS, Fedex, or UPS. Now that USPS has real tracking info, packages can easily be tracked on your smartphone, and amazon texts you to let you know when a package is coming that day.
