Question Amber LED on Aorus Master Z390. What does it mean?

I just noticed an amber led near the SATA ports on my Aorus Master Z390. This is the first time I've seen it, and it's staying on even after I restart the PC. Everything seems to be running fine. What does this mean and should I be concerned?

Mine is always on, never gave it a second thought and my system runs like a dream.

Thanks, that's reassuring. I installed it fairly recently and I don't look inside too often since the window faces a wall, so perhaps I just never noticed it.

Just checked the manual. The LED just shows which bios is being used. There is a primary and a backup.

that a primary Bios that is been used this type of motherboard has two bios the second one is a backup just in case something happen when updateinng bios and is failed you have the chances to save the motherboard from it. thats a good thing. if you go to the official website it has a lot of help with things like that. I wrote this because i came with the same though as you and i look the manual that help me to figure out what was it. im a new PC guy with this z390.
