Hello! I am currently working on a second setup and am looking at upgrading the monitor. I have seen this question asked many times, however the answers I have found have not been as clear as I had hoped. My goal is to successfully use a 144hz monitor with my AMD graphics card and see the 144 FPS. Even though this question has been asked about a million times, I was wondering if this collection of parts would work together:

Despite many people believing that specific AMD cards are simply incapable of running graphics at 144hz, I simply ask for the answer. For those of you wondering which games I would like to run at this refresh rate, I play Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Minecraft, Blackwake, and various other graphics intensive games at a wonderfully acceptable FPS.
