Solution
The AMD Ryzen 7 2700 is a very powerful CPU for things like streaming, video editing, and standard refresh rate gaming.

However, for 144hz gaming, you would be better suited to a Ryzen 5 3600 as the GTX 1660ti may be capable of driving 144fps at 1080p in quite a few titles where the Ryzen 7 2700 may not be able to keep up.

You could use the R7 2700 to update your BIOS to the latest version to support the 3600, then return the 2700 to buy a 3600. Or you could just use bios flashback.

What resolution you play at? for anything above 1080p you will be gpu bottlenecked anyway, and if you game at 1080p or god forbid below, you will have plenty of frame rate.

That motherboard with the latest BIOS is compatible with a 3600. If it wasn't working there's something else causing a problem.

i literally tried changing every component with a new one and the technician there told me it was a bios problem because its not 100 compatible with my mob so i got the 2700 instead and it works flawless

Check in the bios what revision you are running.
According to MSI's website, your motherboard requires BIOS version 7B87v17 to properly support the AMD Ryzen 5 3600.

so at this point i prbbly cant return it so should i go thru the hassle of selling it and buying a 3600 cpu
will it be worth it ? game wise btw
or is my cpu good enought

If you want 144fps, you will want the 3600.

If you are fine with 60+ FPS, you will be satisfied with the 2700
i am mostly a competitve gamer i play at lans and tournament so i need 144 fps with i am having atm with csgo at 500fps and rb6 at 180 give or take fps thats prbbly due to me overclocking my cpu to 3.7 ghz
so is that overclock killing the need of the 3600 or should i sell this one and get that one?

If you can't return the 2700 I don't think it's worth selling it at a loss just to upgrade to a 3600.
like i said i oc'd my cpu to 3.7 ghz
and in my country the 2700 is more expensive than the 3600 so i would prbbly only add like 200 tnd max to buy it (tnd is tunisian dinars ) should i upgrade to it or is it fine
