Question AMD 7000 Series Encoder vs NVIDIA 4000 Series Encoder

Hello there, I am a small content creator why records gameplay with software like OBS Studio / Mirillis Action! around 120Mbps HEVC and I Export edited content around 60Mbps HEVC with DaVinci Resolve. I Currently have a NVIDIA 3070 and if I switch to AMD will there be a noticeable visual difference ? Not that I am willing to buy a 7900XTX. The pricing of NVIDIA GPU in my country is absurd and the importers all work together to keep prices high. For example the 4080 Super is around $1600 and 4070Ti Super is around $1200. However AMD cards sells around their MSRP.

So the question is :
Will there be a noticeable difference in 100MBPS recording in HEVC/AV1 between a 4080 Super and 7800XT using OBS and exporting with DaVinci Resolve ?
