can i OC the core clock to 1050 and memory clock to 1450?

Possibly. Silicone lottery, you might be able to, but another dozen with the same card could. Every card overclocks differently.

by luck, i can say my gpu doesnt like my memory to 1450 at stock voltage(gen 1 sapphire 7850 with the sapphire label and not dual-x)
