Amd 7850k or i5 4670k gaming

Hey, I'm wondering about what cpu I should acquire. My graphics card will probably be a 280x when the prices lower, but if they don't a gtx 770 4gb. No website I have seen has compared the two with a graphics card. I am also wondering what motherboard to get if Amd is the best option. Thanks

Go with the Core i5. If you were planning to do some light-med gaming without a discrete card, I'd suggest the Kaveri but since you're going to have a discrete solution, should go with the Core i5 since the Kaveri will severely bottleneck it.
