AMD 8350 Fx with r9 270x toxic sapphire freeze

PSU: Corsair 750w
windows 10 64 bit
cpu : AMD 8350Fx
gpu : Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Toxic
motherboard : Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600MHz x2
Sorage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
So when i play games after a while my pc freezes and i have to restart it , i checked the GPU overclocks and have tried alot of stuff to fix it but nothing works out fine .. : (

It's a solid enough (but outdated) system.

im using a corsair 750w psu
and i tried alot of overclocks to my gpu and in the end i down clock the voltage and memory to 1000 idk if its good but with that clock and memory my pc dont freeze that much
