AMD 8350 Running Slow

I recently did a cinebench test and it says my 4 core, FX-8350 scored a 374 but normal tests it gets around 600.

looks like a cinebench R15 score for an FX-4350 if it was overclocked a bit or an FX-8350 if you limited it to 4 threads. The FX-8350 should show up as an 8 core processor normally it should score around 630.
