AMD 8350 v AMD 8320

So my question is which would be better? 8350 or 8320. Obivously 8350 would be but is it really worth paying that extra buck to get a miniscule performance boost?

I'm only getting an AMD processor because of the Eight Core for multi-tasking (I tend to run many programs at once). If there is any other processors with 8core (perhaps Intel) can you please also tell me

Generally speaking it is better to just go for the FX-8320 CPU. You can either devote the price difference for maybe a better graphics card if it allows for it. Or simply save that money and use to buy some ribs or beer.

FX-8320 and a nice aftermarket cooler.
