I would like to know if anyone has gotten this stable. I can play games but i get a hard stutter every 30 or so seconds in games such as fortnite, blackout, pubg, etc. If you could tell me how you have everything configured in the bios thatd be great!

CPU: AMD 9590
GPU: gtx 1080
Ram: ballistix 32GB 1600mhz
Cooler: Custom Water Cooler 240mm
Motherboard: asrock 990fx extreme6
PSU: 850w modular EVGA gold standard

Okay, I’m not asking for someone to dictate how much ram I have. I do more than just gaming on this rig. I also told you its ballistix memory, and it runs at 1600mhz. I just dont remember where i got it.

ballistix 32GB 1600mhz.. ram timing set wrong in bios? 8-8-8-24 1.5 volts?
I'm running a asus m5a99fx-pro r2.0 with 9590 on water with 1866 ram 2x8 sticks of g-skill
both my chip n ram is over clocked and running asus 1070 gpu.
most of my setting in bios are manually set but i run stable playing forza 4 with avg. gpu frame rate of 98.1.. did you just install the 9590? have you checked your gpu settings?
i could give you a few of my setting to try? but i run my rig hard and use alot a volts!
but my rig runs stable playing games at 5.2 ghz with ram clocked at 2024 mhz.
i did find that in my case my gpu settings fixed my glitches n widening my ram timing!
I'm just looking to help!

I have yet to check ram timings, i did disable the cool n quiet, c6 all that stuff, i have most of it on auto settings. I think my ram is 9-9-9-24. Im not for sure, but I don’t mind running my rigs hard, so your settings would be much appreciated. I just ordered an 8350 as well just incase i cant figure it out. If i do i’ll just get another board for the new cpu.

for the record i believe 100% on what people are saying about this chip that it runs hot and cooling is a issue!!
i just went from a 8320 125 watt chip i got over clocked to 4.7 MHz..but i chose the 9590 to start at 4.7mhz and as of now cant get it to clock higher then 5.2..with issues but it boots n runs .. i had to add 3 120 mm fans to my thermaltake radiator for a push pull set up n run my fans 100% to run the 9590. I'm waiting on liquid metal now to redo my chip n high grade thermal past to redo my VRM heat sinks due to high temps that might cause issues. I run my system 24/7 its my family's entertainment system for the house its not 100% yet i get glitches every few days or not for a week or longer my problems are random , like mobo.maybe. but my system works well for me.
here is my settings...

I previously had a FX-9370 which I manually had set to 4.7GHz with a manual voltage. You could try that to see if it get more stable. Mine was stable and I had it couple of years without any issues. You need a good cooler though like NH-D15.
